The Future of OSSGA Events & Training – Vaccine Verification

October 6, 2021 at 10:12 AM

OSSGA continues to move forward with our regularly scheduled training and events, including our popular tours and annual conference and seminar. To ensure these events meet OSSGA’s standards for quality, excellence and safety, OSSGA is moving forward with Vaccine Verification, aligning with requirements established by the Province of Ontario.

The Province of Ontario has announced that beginning on September 22, 2021, proof of vaccinations will be required when entering into areas where masks are not always permitted – including Meetings and Event Spaces. This also applies to OSSGA’s numerous meetings, events, seminars, conferences and tours that take place throughout the year.

Individuals attending any OSSGA event or training session will need to show proof of vaccination via a printed document or on a smart phone that verifies the individual has received two doses plus 14 days, along with photo ID.

Should you have any questions regarding OSSGA’s Vaccine Verification policy, please direct your questions to Julie Harrington at jharrington@ossga.com or Norm Cheesman at ncheesman@ossga.com.
