No operation is too small! Whether you are a single-site producer or a multi-national, participants will walk away with practical tools and the confidence to apply them.
Registration includes breakfast, coffee break and lunch,along with presentations and hand-out material.
If you require a hotel room, we recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto/Vaughan located in the same parking lot as Dave & Busters however we do not have a room block with them.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellation will be accepted and a full refund less a $250 administration fee if you cancel on or before September 25, 2026. Any cancellations after September 25, 2026 will not receive a refund, full payment is still due however you can replace an attendee with another person. If you wish to do so, please email Eva Da silva. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing (not via phone/voice mail) to the OSSGA office to Eva Da silva. Registrations cannot be split amongst two different people, please register each person for their appropriate activity. ANY MEMBER COMPANY NOT IN GOOD STANDING (i.e., OUTSTANDING BALANCES OWED 60 DAYS+ TO OSSGA) WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
