Exhibitor Registration
Your space will consist of a 10'x8' area with pipe and drape, one electrical outlet, venue carpeting, as well as one 6' skirted table, and two chairs. BADGES - One (1) full package registration to the seminar are included AND three (3) booth staff only with an option for meals. This gives you access for one (1) person to all presentations, meals, exhibit areas, and social programs and three (3) to work the booth only. If you want to have additional staff attend, you must register them as full-paying attendees. Registrations/badges cannot be shared.

Choose your preferred booth location below (1-37). All booth spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are NOT approved just because you register. The OSSGA Director of Training and Events, Julie Harrington will message you once your booking is completed to officially confirm your booth location is secured. There are times when two people are booking the same booth at the same time, therefore duplicates can occur. When this happens, Julie will advise the person who completed their booking second and provide them with an alternate booth option based on availability. A company can only register one (1) booth due to high demand and limited spaces this year. A company can only register for its own company.
Exhibitor Badges
We will ONLY collect the name of your one (1) full package attendee included in your booth registration at this time. We will NOT collect the three names of your exhibitor booth only badges at this time. We will send you a link December 1st for those names as we understand you may not know at booking time who will work your booth.

Passport Program
Want more visitors to your booth? Join your fellow exhibitors and be part of the attendee passport program. Every attendee will be encouraged to visit all the companies participating in the program and in exchange, they will get their passport stamped. Once their passport is full, they will enter it into the passport draw.
All you have to do is confirm your participation below and provide a $100 retail store gift card (collected during move-in). All participating companies will be recognized on passport and on stage at the final seminar lunch when the prizes are given away.

30 Second Video
Associate members are invited to purchase a 30-second video block at the seminar. A limit of six-time slots during the main session are available for purchase. Your company will produce its own 30-second video which will be displayed once at the seminar in the main session room before the attendees are dismissed for a coffee break or lunch. Videos must be produced in ".mov, .wmv or MPEG" and include 5 seconds of black screen on the front and back of the video for the purpose of fading in and out. Videos must be submitted by January 10th and will be reviewed and approved by OSSGA. OSSGA has the right to ask for edits and/or cancel your video showcase if deemed inappropriate. You must be a member of OSSGA and have at least two people fully registered or have a booth at the seminar.
Confirmation and Cancellations
ONLY WHEN JULIE HARRINGTON, DIRECTOR OF TRAINING AND EVENTS AT OSSGA HAS EMAILED YOU DIRECTLY. WILL YOUR BOOTH AND OR VIDEO IS SECURED WITH FINAL APPROVAL.
BOOTH CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN WRITING TO OSSGA ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 15, 2024, BY 4:30 P.M. WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS A $500 ADMIN FEE. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER DECEMBER 15, 2024 OR NO-SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT. WHERE A DELEGATE/EXHIBITOR IS UNABLE TO ATTEND (ALTHOUGH PAYMENT IS STILL DUE) DELEGATE/EXHIBITOR SUBSTITUTIONS ARE WELCOME AT ANY TIME BY NOTIFYING OSSGA UPON APPROVAL BY OSSGA. ANY MEMBER COMPANY NOT IN GOOD STANDING (i.e., OUTSTANDING BALANCES OWED 60 DAYS+ TO OSSGA) WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
VIDEO CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND. DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF TIME SLOTS AND PRODUCTION TIME, NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATIONS OR LATE VIDEO SUBMISSIONS.
